  • I checked with the toshiba technical engineer. it was issue with the older version of bios (so i did not had boot mode configuration). After updating the bios laptop is working fine. Thanks for the assistance for your proper guidance. Mahesh Kumar April 8, 2014

  • I am Shweta Vishal Chari from Goa who had purchased Toshiba Led TV from flipkart on 22nd November 2012. I had got 3 years warranty on the product. But unfortunately within a year there occurred some black spots on the TV. So I contacted Toshiba customer care for the repair. One person from panaji service center had come to my house for repair so he told like its panel is to be replaced. And that could be done in next 15 days. But that was not replaced within that period. Initially I didn't get enough response for my complaint for about nearly 3 months. Even service center from panaji ignored my requests & started arguing.

    In december month I spoke with Miss Rimpy & she really helped me a lot & assured me of replacing my TV which was done in a month’s time. So I am really thankful to her for helping. So my TV is replaced & the new 1 is really good. So I would like to thank Toshiba Company & especially Miss Rimpy for her help & handling ability of the situation. She even made arrangements to transport my new TV set at my door step. In future also if i have to contact Toshiba company than would like to talk with her only regarding my problems about Toshiba TV.

    And a kind request to provide me service in future from ponda service center instead of panaji. As people over there don’t know to talk & handle customer’s problems. Shweta Vishal Chari February 11, 2014
  • I had purchased a Toshiba Satellite Laptop Model C850 15213 in Oct.2013. During use of the laptop, the Touch Pad and the pointer suddenly stopped working. I immediately called your Service Toll free Number 1800 20086784 and was attended to by Mr. Gautam, Technical Engineer, who patiently listened to my problem and over the phone guided me to correct the problem.

    I was very happy to have the problem solved in 10 minutes by Mr. Gautam and my Toshiba Laptop is back in action.

    Could you please forward the instructions for uninstalling the battery drivers and additional procedures to be performed to re-install or recover the driver or the battery.

    For the support and was attended by Mr. Shivam Trivedi. I must say the correct and prompt support extended by him was appreciable. He answered all my queries and was very polite and helpful throughout the call. You should certainly feel proud of such resources, who can bring in goodwill for the company.   • I called Toshiba customer care for a very odd problem of no keys on keypad working along with touch pad, whereas the system was showing the keypad as enabled. On first call i was told to take some action on my laptop (F2 function) and check keypad. On finding the keypad enabled I was told that it is a hardware fault and i need to visit the repair centre. This got me very worried as i had bought the laptop only about 1 year back. On further follow up again in the evening, the call was responded to by Saurabh or Saurabh who guided me very well through a full laptop reset process so as to discharge any charge accumulated on the keypad( a unique process not mentioned in the manual). It worked very well and the laptop is back to its normal working. Full marks to the customer support provided.

    Needless to say I am enjoying my TOSHIBA-NB510, specially its excellent battery back up time. Vinay Topa December 3, 2013
